椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症疗效观察
Observation on Pedilc e Screw Fixation and Posterior Interbody Fusion in Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis .Method:80 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis patients were ran-domly divided into study group and control group , the study group taken pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion , control group taker pedicle screw fixation and the rear side of the bone graft fusion group . The operation time , bleeding and clinical efficacy , fusion rate and clinical efficacy were compared .Result:The operation time , bleeding was compared , research group was longer than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) .Interbody fusion rate of two different surgical methods in study group were higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion is a safe , reliable surgical approach , although the time of surgery is long , trau-mais, The clinical efficacy is higher than the rear side of the bone graft and fusion fusion , better surgical treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis .关键词
