腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗早期宫颈癌近期疗效观察
Observation on the Short-term Effects of Laparoscopic Radical Hysterectomy Combined with Pelvic Lymph Node Dissection on Early Stage Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and short-term clinical effects of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection in treatment of early stage cervical cancer .Meth-od:80 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group , 40 pa-tients in each group;the control group used open radical hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dis-section , while the observation group used laparoscopic radical hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection , and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared .Result:In the patients of the observation group , the operative time was longer than that of the control group , but the intra-operative blood loss, postoperative time of passage of gas by anus , out-of-bed activity time, time of extubating drainage tube, postoperative analgesics use percentage and postoperative length of stay and so on were all better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The numbers of dis-sected lymph nodes and complications of the two groups were similar , and the differences were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05) .The FACT-G scores of the patients of the two groups before the surgeries were simi-lar, and the difference was statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);in 3 months and 6 months after the surger-ies, the FACT-G scores of the patients of both groups were higher than those before the surgeries , and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) , but those of the patients of the observation group were improved more significantly ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection in treatment of early stage cervical cancer has positive short -term clinical therapeutic effects, small operation wound and rapid postoperative recovery , It is safe and reliable , and consequently is beneficial to the postoperative rehabilitation and elevating quality of life of the patients .关键词
