探讨双水平无创正压通气对煤工尘肺肺心病患者心肺功能异常的治疗效果
The Effects of Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure in Treating Pneumoconiosis Combined with PHD Patients with Abnormal Cardiopulmonary Function

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of bilevel positive airway pressure for pulmonary heart disease ( PHD) patients whose cardiopulmonary function were abnormal .Method:From January 2011 to Jan-uary 2013 ,70 pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary heart disease patients in our hosptial were selected and divided into experimental group and control group .Giving conventional treatment to the patients in control group,while treated the patients in experimental group by bilevel positive airway pressure based on conven-tional treatment .Monitoring and recording lung fuction ,blood gas index and hemodynamic parameters of the patients.Result:After treatment,the FVC and other indicators which characterizing patients ’ lung function in experimental group were higher than that of control group .The SaO2 ,SvO2 and other indicators which charac-terizing patients ’ blood gas index in experimental group patients were lower than those of control group .The HR and other indicators which characterizing patients ’ hemodynamic parameters in experimental group pa-tients were lower than those of control group .The results were statistically significance after treatment ,There's no statistically significance before treatment .Conclusion:It has a positive effects of bilevel positive airway pressure for patients with pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary heart disease , and it is worthy for the medical personnel to be used in the clinical .关键词
