Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of serum troponin center ( cTnI) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) levels of patients with coronary heart disease .Method:100 cases of coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital from May 2009 to April 2013 were selected , they were regarded as the treatment group , and the other 100 cases of healthy people in the corresponding period in our hospital was selected as control group , The cTnI level was detected by gold standard method , and hs-CRP level was detected by colloidal gold method .Result:The serum cTnI and hs-CRP of the treat-ment group were significantly higher ( P <0.01) than those of the control group;cTnI and hs-CRP positive cases of patients in the treatment group were 56 cases and 78 cases, the positive rates were 56%and 78%, the positive rate of hs-CRP was higher than cTnI (P<0.05).Conclusion:The cTnI and hs-CRP levels of coronary artery disease patients are significantly elevated , they can be used as an important indicator in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .关键词
