Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the effect and safety of PPH operation and Milligan -mor-gan operation in treating annular mixed hemorrhoid .Method:88 cases with annular mixed hemorrhoid trea-ted in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2013 were selected as the clinical research objects and were di-vided into two groups randomly .The PPH group was treated with PPH , and the patients received Milligan-morgan operation were treated with Milligan-morgan operation , and the anal pad was retained .The treatment effect, pain and complications after operation of two groups were compared .Result: The cure rate of the PPH group was higher , and the healing time was faster , which had evident difference from the Milligan-mor-gan group, P<0.05, and the difference had statistical significance .The incidence rate of uroschesis of the PPH group was lower , that of anal-edge edema was lower , that of incomplete anal incontinence was lower , less pain.and that of anus belly was lower , which had great difference from the Milligan-morgan group, P<0.05.Anal canal diastolic blood pressure of the PPH group was lower than that of the control group , P<0. 05, and the difference had statistical significance .Conclusion:PPH operation and Milligan-morgan opera-tion in treating annular mixed hemorrhoid have good effect .PPH has less complications after operation , but the indications were fewer , and it needs the doctors to select right operation method .关键词
