傅立叶域光学相干断层扫描对正常青年人黄斑参数研究
Research on the Macula Lutea Parameter of Normal Adult by FD-OCT
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the normal thickness of the macula lutea in normal adult by FD -OCT.Method:Measured the thickness of the macula lutea in normal adult ,55 cases,by the MM6 mode of the RTVue100-2 OCT.Result:There was not different between two eyes in the thickness of the different ar-ea of the macula lutea ( P>0.05) .There was different in the nasal superior area and the supertemporalarea be-tween men and women,but there was not different in other areas (P<0.05).Conclusion:There was closely relation between the the thickness of the macula lutea and the visual level .It's beneficial to set up the impor-tant accordance to diagnosis the disease of the macula lutea by setting up the standard of the thickness of the macula lutea in normal adult .关键词
