护理干预对肠易激综合征患者负性情绪及生存质量的影响
Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the improving effects of nursing intervention on anxiety , depres-sion and quality of life in patients with irritable bowel syndrome .Method:80 eligible patients who were trea-ted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random digits table method, 40 patients each group; the control group was given with routine nursing , while the observation group given with nursing intervention , and the anxiety and depression conditions as well as qualities of life before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups .Result:After 3-month nursing , the self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS ) scores in the patients of both groups were decreased when compared with those when entering the groups ( P<0.05) , but those in the patients of the observation group were more significantly decreased , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05);the scores of each dimension of irritable bowel syndrome -quality of life scale (IBS-QOL) in the pa-tients of both groups were increased when compared with those when entering the groups ( P<0.05 ) , but those in the patients of the observation group were more significantly increased , and the difference was statis-tically significant ( P<0.05) Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively ease the anxiety and depression and elevate the quality of life in patients with irritable bowel syndrome , and is consequently worthy of clinical application .关键词
