PTEN 与 p53在鼻咽癌中的表达及意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of PTEN Gene and p53 Gene in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study clinical significance of deletion of PTEN gene and mutation of p 53 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Method: 50 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were collected as case group,50 cases with normal nasopharyngeal as control group .and then analyzed the expressions of PTEN and p53 in the two groups by immunohistochemisty .The different clinical characteristic were analyzed .Result:PTEN deletion in 24 cases in case group , None of cases in PTEN deletion in control group , the difference was significant statistical significance ( P<0.01 ) .Ⅲ and Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than the proportion in PTEN-negative higher than PTEN-positive patients , There's a significant difference (P<0.01), PTEN-positive was 38 cases in case group, 22 cases of positive control group, the difference was significant statistical significance ( P<0.01) , lymph node metastasis p 53 in positive-negative patients were higher than p53-negative patients,There's a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Deletion of PTEN gene and mutation of p 53 gene correlation with carcinogenesis and progression in nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma .关键词
