子宫动脉暂时阻断在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用价值分析
Analysis on the Application Value of Temporary Blockage of Uterine Artery in Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of temporary blockage of uterine artery on ovary function in laparoscopic myomectomy .Method:80 eligible patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 40 patients in each group; all the patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy , and the observation group used temporary blockage of uterine artery , while the control group used pituitrin , and the effects of the two were compared .Result:The intra-operative blood loss of the patients of the obser-vation group was significantly lower than that of the control group , and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05);the operative times, postoperative times of passing flatus , postoperative lengths of stay and postoperative incidences of the patients of the two groups were similar , and the differences were statistically insignificant (P>0.05).The differences in postoperative menstruation , improving condition and myoma re-currence condition between the patients of the two groups were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05) .And the inter-group and intra-group differences in each index of ovary function (FSH, E2 and LH) were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05) .Conclusion:Temporary blockage of uterine artery in laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively decrease intra-operative blood loss and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients , has insignificant effects on ovary function , is highly safe and feasible , and consequently is worthy of clinical application .关键词
