甲状腺切除手术应用瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚麻醉的临床效果探讨
The Analysis of Anesthesia Combined with Remifentanil and Propofol in Thyroidectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical significance of remifentanil combined propofol for anesthesia in thyroid surgery .Method:180 patients with thyroid surgery were divided into two groups according to the differences of anesthesia measures:90 cases for experimental group ( remifentanil and propofol group ) ,90 cases for control group ( conventional group ) .Recorded the change of the two groups of patients after anes-thesia,and compared the clinical effects of two groups after corresponding anesthesia measures .Result:Breathing recovery time , recovery time and extubation time in patient of experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group;the changes of MAP and HP in the experimental group were significant-ly lower than those in the control group , the difference had statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:The effect application of remifentanil and propofol anesthesia is more apparent than other anesthesia in the thyroid surgery ,and the adverse reaction rate is relatively low .It has great clinical values ,it’ s worthy of clini-cal promotion and application .关键词
