产前超声在胎儿心血管畸形中的诊断价值
The Value of Prenatal Ultrasound in Diagnosing the Fetal Cardiovascular Malformations

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound for fetal cardiovascular malformations .Method:35 suspected pregnant women with fetal cardiovascular malformations in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013, were the research object ,and all the patients were respectively detec-ted with only two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound ,then the detection results of two detection methods were compared with final pathologic results , and the correct diagnosic rates of two detection methods for all the types of cardiovascular malformations were analyzed and compared ,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of two detection methods were compared .Result:The correct diagnosic rates of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound for all the types of cardiovascular malformations were all higher than those of only two-dimensional ultrasound , and the sensitivity , specificity , positive predictive value and negative predictive value were all higher than those of only two-dimensional ultrasound too ,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences .Conclusion:The diagnostic value of the prenatal ultrasound for fetal cardiovas-cular malformations is higher ,and it can be as the important detection method for the fetal cardiovascular mal-formations,The clinical value is higher .关键词
