Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of continuous venovenous blood purification and intermittent hemodialysis improving the life quality of patients with renal failure .Method:95 cases with acute renal fail-ure treated in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2013 were selected and divided into two groups random-ly.Two groups were treated with two different hemodialysis modes .The blood indexes and life quality of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the health condition, life quality, nutritional status and cog-nitive function scores of the observation group were evidently higher than those of the control group ( P<0. 05), the improvement of blood indicators including PCO 2, PO2 and pH value was evidently better than those in the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Continuous venovenous blood purification and intermittent hemo-dialysis can evidently improve the blood indicators and life quality of patients with renal failure , but continu-ous venovenous blood purification has more evident effect .关键词
