预见性护理在预防全髋关节置换术下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床观察OACSTPCD
The Preventive Effect of Prospective Nursing on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after a Total Hip Replacement
目的：探讨预见性护理在预防全髋关节置换术下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理效果。方法：选择符合标准的患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施预见性护理，比较二者护理效果。结果：观察组患者DVT发生率低于对照组，发生时间晚于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。术后2周及术后4周观察组患者下肢静脉血流速度均快于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学…查看全部>>
