血浆内脂素水平在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的变化及意义
The Changes and Significance of Visfatin in Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Abstract
To discuss the changes and significance of visfatin in patients with PCOS .Meth-od:88 patients with PCOS ( the observation group ) and 60 healthy women ( the control group ) were retro-spectively analyzed , the observation group and control group were divided into the observation obese group , observation non-obese group , control obese group , control non-obese group again according to BMI , then the BMI, plasma visfatin, and waist hip ratio(WHR) were contrasted between the groups , and the relation-ship of plasma visfatin with BMI and WHR were analyzed .Result:Obesity rate in the observation group ( 78. 4%) was significantly higher than the control group (25.0%)( P<0.01); BMI, plasma visfatin, and WHR in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01);plasma visfatin in the two subgroup of the observation group was significantly higher than those in control group ( P<0.01); and there was a significant positive correlation between plasma visfatin BMI and WHR (P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma visfatin levels were significantly increased in patients with PCOS , and closely related with BMI and WHR .So plasma visfatin can use as a new laboratory parameters in PCOS diagnosis .关键词
