护理干预对消化性溃疡患者生活质量及治疗依从性的影响
Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Compliance with Therapy and Quality of Life in Patients with Peptic Ulcer
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on patients with peptic ulcer , and elevate the compliance with therapy and quality of life .Method:80 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group , 40 patients in each group;the control group used routine nursing , while the observation group used nursing intervention , and the effects of the two groups were compared.Result:3 months after nursing , the compliance with therapy and clinical therapeutic effects in the patients of the observation group were both better than those of the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in the patients of both groups were increased compared with those before nursing (P<0.05), but the increasing extent in the patients of the observation group was greater (P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can elevate the compliance with therapy and improve the quality of life in patients with peptic ulcer , has good improving effects on the clinical therapeutic effects , and consequently is worthy of clinical application .关键词
