对非伴头痛型偏头痛性眩晕进行预防性治疗且观察其诱发电位的临床研究
Clinical Research of the Preventive Treatment for Migrainous Vertigo Without Headache and Observing the Evoked Potential

Abstract
Objective:To observe the preventive treatment for patients with non-headache type migraine vertigo .Method:48 cases of patients with non-headache type migraine vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .The treatment group was going to be treated by flunarizine , and the control group was going to be treated by Betahistine .All of them took a 8-week treatment period .Separately study visual evoked potential measurement of migraine patients with vertigo before and after therapy .Result:8 weeks after the treatment , the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (X2=27.1888, P <0.01), patients with vertigo were receiving prosthetic treatment (P <0.001), and the mi-graine vertigo patients of unusually visual evoked potentials measures were also eased after treatment .Conclusion:For the pa-tients with non-headache type migraine vertigo , Flunarizine preventive treatment has better clinical curative effect .关键词
