VSD负压封闭引流术联合高压氧治疗烧伤后感染性创面的疗效分析
The Effect of VSD Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Postburn Infected Wound Surface

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) technique combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on postburn infected wound surface .Method:40 patients treated in Department of Burn of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group , 20 patients in each group; the control group was treated with VSD mainly , while the observation group treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy additionally .Result:The therapeutic effects in the burnt patients of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group , the time for wound surface healing in the burnt patients of the observation group significantly shorter than that of the control group , and the incidence of wound surface infection in the patients of the observation group significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:VSD technique has significant therapeutic effects in burnt patients; when used in combination with hyperbaric oxygen therapy , which can improve blood oxygen tension and restructure skin tissues and so on , it can adjust the gas permeability of blood capillaries , reduce blood penetration incidence , and prevent from bacterial re-growth, can effec-tively heal burn wound in a short time , and has very significant effects .关键词
