Abstract
Objective: To compare and research the clinical effect of fenestration and decompression technique and traditional jaw cyst curettage in treating jaw cyst .Method:94 cases with jaw cyst treated in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly , the observation group and the control group .The observation group was treated with fenestration and decompression tech-nique, and the control group was treated with traditional jaw cyst curettage .The clinical efficacy and opera-tion condition of two groups was compared .Result:The operation time , bleeding amount in operation , post-operative pain and infection of the observation group was evidently less than that of the control group , P<0. 05.For the follow-up after operation , the recurrence rate and incidence rate of neurogenic complications of the observation group was evidently lower than that of the control group .The reduction degree of scaling vol-ume, the thickness of hyperostosis and bone mineral density was evidently higher than that of the control group, P<0.05,which had statistical significance .Conclusion:Compared with traditional jaw cyst curettage , fenestration and decompression technique treating jaw cyst not only can reduce the operation time and reduce the bleeding amount in operation , and effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications , but also can improve the jaw cyst , and has fewer complications , which has anideal clinical efficacy .关键词
