老年上消化道出血102例临床治疗及相关因素探讨
Related Factors and Treatment of 102 Cases of Elderly Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Abstract
Objective:To study related factors and clinical treatment of 102 cases of elderly upper gas-trointestinal bleeding .Method:From September 2011 to September 2013 , 102 cases of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated were as observation group .Another chose non-elderly admitted in our hospital during the same period of 102 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients as control group.It did data analysis of two groups of patients ’ detail, according to its clinical symptoms and all rele-vant test results which was given hemostatic treatment .For elderly upper gastrointestinal bleeding , did single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis of related factors obtained , compared two groups of patients with clinical hemostatic effects and relapse .Result:The observation group of patients with gastric ulcer , the digestive tract tumor , stomach and combined with pulmonary infection , other organs failure number was sig-nificantly more than the control group;Observation group of patients with clinical treatment hemostatic effec-tiveness was significantly lower than the control group , the recurrence rate was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05).It based on Logistic regression a-nalysis, which leaded to the relevant factors of elderly upper gastrointestinal bleeding for gastric ulcer , the digestive tract tumor , stomach, lung infection and other organ failure .Conclusions: There's more related factors elderly upper gastrointestinal bleeding occurred , clinical treatment should be given the corresponding preventive measures .关键词
