不同鼻腔填塞材料在鼻内镜术后的应用研究
The Application Study of Different Nasal Cavity Filling Material in Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of different nasal cavity filling material in the chronic paranasal sinusitis after nasal endoscopic surgery .To provid guidance basis for improving the quality of the treatment of patients .M ethod:75 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis were retrospectively analyzed from January 2012 to November 2013 treated in our hospital , they were all given nasal endoscopic surgery , ac-cording to the different material of nasal cavity filling , they were divided into group A, B, C,25 cases in each group , Group A was used vaseline gauze , Group B was used hemostatic sponge , Group C was used calcium alginate stuffing , subjective pain , nasal mucosal swelling degree and the status of the recurrence of symptoms of patients of three groups were compared .Result:Sleep disorders of 1 day after surgery , head-aches and stuffy nose nasal pain visual analogue scale ( VAS) , moderate and severe nasal mucosal swelling ratio of patients of group C were significantly lower than those of patients of group A and B , differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05) , while the group A compared with group B , there was no statistically sig-nificant difference ( P >0.05) .Conclusion:There are many differences between the effect of the nasal cav-ity filling material applied after nasal endoscopic surgery , according to patients with specific nasal natural state, selecting the appropriate nasal cavity filling material .关键词
