The Nursing Experience of the Cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore and standardize nursing methods in the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment for ankylosing spondylitis , and to improve the nursing effect of clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis .Method:Selected 58 cases of combination of Chinese and western medicine treat-ment of ankylosing spondylitis patients in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 , the clinical data were retrospec-tively analyzed , They were randomly divided into two groups , control group with 29 patients with convention-al care, experimental group with 29 cases on the basis of conventional nursing professional nursing care , e-valuation of professional care to improve the effect of treatment of ankylosing spondylitis .Result:Two groups of ankylosing spondylitis patients receiving care in pain , morning stiffness , after the remission rate of spinal mobility have significant differences , experimental clinical treatment effect is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The targeted specialized nursing is helpful to improve the effect of the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis , improve the patient's quali-ty of life, is worth popularizing widely .关键词
