乳腺癌MRI动态增强扫描非肿块样强化特点与ER PR及C-erbB-2因子表达的相关性研究∗
Correlation of Features of Non-mass-like Enhancement on Dynamic MR with Expression of ER PR and C-erbB-2 in Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of features of non-mass-like enhancement of breast cancer on dynamic MR with rate of expression of ER, PR and C-erbB-2. Method:Features of non-mass-like enhancement of 57 cases of surgically and pathologically confirmed breast cancer on dynamic MR were correlated with rate of expression of ER, PR and C-erbB-2. Result:The internal features of tumor enhance-ment were classified as heterogeneous, clustered and deadwood pattern, of which the positive rate of expres-sion of ER was 72.2%, 26.1% and 18.8%, respectively, there's statistically significant difference(χ2=12. 766,P =0.002);the positive rate of expression of PR of the 3 groups was 55.6%, 21.7% and 18.8%, re-spectively, there is statistically significant difference(χ2=7.039,P=0.03);the positive rate of expression of C-erbB-2 of the 3 groups was 27. 8%, 56. 5% and 81. 2%, respectively, there is statistically significant difference,(χ2=8.565,P=0.014) . The distribution pattern of tumor enhancement were classified as ductule-like, patchy or diffusive, of which the positive rate of expression of ER was 22.2%,50.0% and 75.0%,re-spectively, there is statistically significant difference(χ2=6.718,P=0.035);the positive rate of expression of PR of the 3 groups was 11.1%, 46.2% and 75.0%,respectively, there is statistically significant difference (χ2=11.282,P=0.004);the positive rate of expression of C-erbB-2 of the 3 groups was 70.4%, 42.3%and 25.0%,respectively, there is no statistically significant difference(χ2=5.780,P =0.056).Conclusion:Features of non-mass-like enhancement of breast cancer on dynamic MR correlate well with immunohisto-chemical factors. This correlation provides information helpful in choosing preoperative endocrinal therapy plans and determining the prognosis.关键词
