肝硬化患者门静脉脾静脉血流动力学超声特点及临床意义∗
Portal Vein Splenic Venous Hemodynamics Doppler Ultrasonic Features and Clinical Significance in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the hemodynamics and clinical significance of portal vein, splenic ve-nous in cirrhosis patients. Method: 100 patients with liver cirrhosis were chosen as the observation group, 100 healthy volunteers as control group, all underwent doppler ultrasonography examination. Differences of portal vein and splenic venous hemodynamic parameters between the two groups were compared. Taking 1. 4cm and 1.0cm as the boundary to compare the degree of liver function, Child-Pugh classification and e-sophageal varices in patients with different diameters of portal veins and splenic veins. Result: Diameter of portal vein and splenic vein diameter of observation group were significantly larger than that of the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the blood flow of Qsv/Qpv of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, The difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . The proportion of esophageal or gastric varices and Child-Pugh grade C in patients whose portal vein di-ameter≥1.4cm were significantly higher than that of portal vein diameter < 1.4cm, The difference had sta-tistically significant ( P<0.05) . The proportion of esophageal or gastric varices and Child-Pugh grade C in patients whose splenic vein diameter≥1.0cm were significantly higher than that of splenic vein diameter<1. 0cm, The difference had statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In cirrhosis patients, Doppler ul-trasound can show the hemodynamics of portal vein and splenic vein blood flow claerly, can be an indirect e-valuation of esophageal varices and liver function.关键词
