小梁切除术对眼表泪膜功能的影响研究∗
Clinical Research of the Effect of Trabeculectomy on Tear Film
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of trabeculectomy on tear film. Method:62 cases ( 75 eyes) of glaucoma were received trabeculectomy, the postoperative visual recovery were counted. At the same time, the index of tear film was recorded after 1 d, 7 d, 1 month and 3 months. Result: The intraocular pressure and anterior chamber angle openness had obviously drop, the eyesight had improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) . At the same time, the SIt and BUT of the patients had been reduced after surgery.The FL and dry eye cornea score had increased,the difference was statistically sig-nificant ( P < 0.05) . After 3 months of operation, SIt, BUT and FL had recovered to preoperative levels,there was no statistically significant difference ( P > 0.05) . And the conjunctival epithelial squamous meta-plasia and goblet cell density were reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclu-sion:Trabeculectomy could affect ocular surface appears function and result a decrease of tear secretion.The stability appears decreased,which could cause dry eye symptoms. So it's possible to pay attention to postoper-ative complications related to the dry eye in order to reduce the incidence of dry eye.关键词
