泉州市儿童肺炎克雷伯菌与成人肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性变迁分析∗
Analysis on Drug Resistance 's Variation of Pneumonia Klebsiella for Children and adult-study from Quanzhou
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and compare drug resistance ’ s variation of pneumonia klebsiella for children and adult in Quanzhou city. Method:311 patients infected with pneumoniae klebsiella of Jan. 2009 to Jan 2014 were enrolled in the study, and drug sensitive experiment were conducted to all the specimens i-solated by automatic microorganism identification system and disk diffusion methods , 25 kinds of commonly used antimicrobial agents were introduced into experiments, and pneumonia klebsiella resistance’ s variation between children and adults were noted and compared. Result:Specimens of both 2 groups to imipenem,pip-eracillin, cefoperazone sulbactam and other antibacterial drugs with high sensitivity, adult group whose drug resistance ratio was higher than children group,and difference with statistical significance( P<0.05).Be-sides, and antimicrobial resistance rates in recent years presented an increasing tendency, there were signifi-cant differences in each period( P<0.05) . Conclusion: There are many differences on drug resistance ratio in terms of pneumonia Klebsiella between adult and children, so regularly drug resistance monitoring to dif-ferent areas and time period are needed to provide clinical reference.关键词
