三种方法检测尿液红细胞白细胞结果研究∗
Study on the Results of Three Ways for Detection of Urinary Red Blood Cell, White Cell Results
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To Observe urinary sediment analyzer 、microscopic examination of urinary sedi-ment dry chemical test the sensitivity and specificity of urine red blood cell, white cell, and analyze the in-fluence the factors of the final testing results. Method:880 cases of fresh urine samples were randomly se-lected , they were respectively used urine sediment analyzer, urine microscopic examination, dry chemistry detection WBC and RBC in urine , microscopic examination of urinary sediment was as the gold standard, sediment analyzer and urine dry chemistry method to detect the sensitivity and specificity of WBC and RBC were observed. Result:The urine sediment analyzer、microscopic examination of urinary sediment detection of urine 、dry chemical method in the detection of positive rate of RBC were respectively 18.98%,12.39%, 15. 68%;The urine sediment analyzer、 microscopic examination of urinary sediment detection of urine、dry chemical method in the detection of positive rate of WBC were respectively 22.16%,18.75%,26.25% . dry chemical method in the detection of sensitivity of RBC was 75.23%,specificity was 92.74%;The urine sedi-ment analyzer in the detection of sensitivity of RBC was 88.99%,specificity was 90.92%. Dry chemical meth-od in the detection of sensitivity of WBC was 93.33%,specificity was 89.23%;The urine sediment analyzer in the detection of sensitivity of WBC was 98.18%,specificity was 95.38% . Conclusion:Urinary sediment an-alyzer and dry chemical method are with respect to the microscopic examination of urinary sediment, it can quickly get the test results , But its overall accuracy test is still insufficient, need to be combined in clinical application of the three methods, it can improve the accuracy of urine testing .关键词
