甲钴胺足三里穴穴位注射辅助治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变临床疗效观察∗
Mecobalamin Zusanli Acupoint Injection in Adjuvant Treatment on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy of Lower Limb
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of mecobalamin Zusanli acupoint injection in adju-vant treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower limb. Method:Selected 156 cases of diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy of lower limb in our hospital from Jun. 2013 to Aug. 2014, which were randomly divided into observation group ( 78 cases) and control group ( 78 cases) . On the basis of treatment programs, obser-vation group used mecobalamin Zusanli acupoint injection, control group used mecobalamin intravenous, therapeutic effects were compared. Result:The two groups in different ways of treatment, observer group for neuropathy effect around the lower limbs was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After peroneal nerve and tibial total sensory nerve conduction velocity values observation group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of mecobalamin Zusanli acupoint injection adjuvant treat-ment of lower extremity diabetic peripheral neuropathy, is obvious, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical use.关键词
