轻型地中海贫血孕妇妊娠期 HGB SF 变化及对妊娠结局影响研究
HGB SF Changes and the Influence on Pregnancy Outcome for Pregnant Women with Light Mediterranean Anemia

Abstract
Objective:To study the hemoglobin ( HGB) and serum ferritin ( SF) changes and clinical significance of the pregnant women with light mediterranean anemia , and analyze the influence on the preg-nancy outcome , to provide the basis of the pregnancy .Method:95 early pregnancy or pregnant women with light mediterranean anemia were selected in the hospital from January in 2013 to October in 2013 as the ob-servation group , 430 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia ( the control group ) were selected in the same period and 420 cases of pregnant women with normal hemoglobin ( the normal group ) .To detect HGB and serum SF during pregnant 11~13 week (early pregnancy), 24~28 weeks(mid pregnancy) and 36~40 weeks ( late pregnancy ) , and compare the pregnancy outcome .Result:HGB and SF of the observation group in early pregnancy, mid pregnancy and late pregnancy were 91.94 ±7.61g/L, 86.39 ±6.84g/L, 85.62 ±7. 04g/L and 76.47 ±5.62μg/L, 52.18 ±5.14μg/L, 40.82 ±5.10μg/L, which was lower than the control group and the normal group , the control group was lower than those of normal group , the difference was sta-tistically significant ( P <0.05) .HGB and SF decreased of the observation group were 6.24 ±1.03g/L and 29.40 ±3.22μg/L respectively,higher than those of the control group and the normal group , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The cesarean delivery, Polyhydramnios or less,premature, low birth weight infant and postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were 50.53%( 48/95 ) , 17.89%( 17/95), 14.74%(14/95), 12.63%(12/95) and 190.81 ±11.64mL, higher than those of the control group and the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The average weight of the neo-nates in the observation group was 190.81 ±11.64kg, lower than the control group and the normal group , the control group was lower than that in the normal group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05).Conclusion:HGB, SF of the pregnant women with light mediterranean anemia decrease significantly , and the decrease degree is significantly increased .The cesarean section , premature infants increase signifi-cantly, the average weight of newborn reduces , which has certain influence on pregnancy outcome of preg-nant women , should strengthen the perinatal care .关键词
