封闭式负压引流与对冲引流治疗骨髓炎疗效对比研究
VSD (VSD) and Hedge Drainage a Comparative Study of the Treatment of Osteomyelitis Curative Effect

Abstract
Objective: To compare the closed negative pressure drainage ( VSD ) and hedge drainage curative effect in the treatment of osteomyelitis .Method:100 cases of osteomyelitis from Mar .2008 to Mar. 2013 in our hospital were divided randomly according to drawing lots method as control group and the obser -vation group, the control group was given hedge drainage treatment , the observation group treated by VSD . and then compared the effects of two groups ,sinus closed or wound healing ,local red,swelling,heat,pain and other symptoms , X-ray examination of periosteal reaction was obviously reduced , bone repair and obvious signs etc .Result:The total clinical effective rate was 68%in control group , significantly less than the obser-vation group (92%) (P <0.01);There's in operation time of two groups (P >0.05), no significant differ-ence have significant difference (P <0.05, P <0.01).Conclusion:Vacuum sealing drainage for treatment of osteomyelitis is effective , is worth popularizing and applying .关键词
