复方丹参滴丸联合厄贝沙坦对老年早期2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白影响的研究
The Impact of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills Combined with Irbesartan for Elderly Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy Microalbuminuria

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the impact of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with irbesartan for elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy early microalbuminuria .Method:60 patients with elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy early microalbuminuria were chosen in our hospital to receive treatment , divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group respectively .Patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan, and patients in the observation group were treated with compound Danshen dripping pills com-bined with irbesartan .Before and after treatment , the change in blood rheology , and biochemical parameters and changes in UAER two groups of patients were analyzed .Result: The control group of patients before treatment, TC, TG, Scr, BUN and UAER was 6.5 ±0.5,2.5 ±0.4,80 ±10μmoL /L, 5.7 ±1.7 mmoL /L and 111.4 ±191.2μg/min, after treatment, all indicators 6.5 ±0.4,2.4 ±0.3,78 ±9μmoL /L, 5.6 ±1. 3 mmoL /L and 73.2 ±9.1μg/min, after each index and blood rheology comparative analysis , the differ-ence was not statistically significant ( P>0.05) ;while observing patients before and after treatment of each index were 6.5 ±0.6,2.6 ±0.4,78 ±11μmoL /L, 6.0 ±1.5mmoL /L and 112.8 ±0.3μg/min and 4.8 ± 0.6,1.5 ±0.2,75 ±12μmoL /L, 5.7 ±1.4mmoL /L and 60.1 ±9.5μg/min, were decreased after each index and blood rheology comparative analysis , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Con-clusion:Irbesartan joint compound Danshen dripping pills for early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in elderly patients have a significant effect .关键词
