超声引导下注射聚桂醇注射液及无水酒精治疗单纯性肾囊肿临床疗效比较

Abstract
Objective:To contrast the curative effect of anhydrous alcohol and lauromacrogol injection guided by ultrasound for the treatment of simple renal cysts .Method: 98 patients with simple renal cysts were randomly divided into two groups , and treated with anhydrous alcohol ( anhydrous alcohol group ) or lauromacrogol ( lauromacrogol group ) injection guided by ultrasound , then the curative effects and adverse reaction were contrasted between the two groups .Result: There was no significantly difference in the cure rate(89.8%vs 85.7%) and effective rate(95.9%vs 95.9%)( P>0.05); The incidence of ipsilateral dis-comfort and drunkenness reaction , and the adverse reaction rate in the anhydrous alcohol group were signifi-cantly higher than the lauromacrogol group (P<0.01).Conclusion: Ultrasound guided lauromacrogol or an-hydrous alcohol injection has roughly equal curative effect in the treatment of simple renal cysts , but lauro-macrogol has good sources , and is more gentle , more convenient operation , so in the hardening agent selec-tion, We should give priority to lauromacrogol .关键词
