Abstract
Objective:To explore endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with mucosal microflap anastomic technique in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and follow -up results achieved with this procedure . Method:Operative and postoperative data were collected on 49 chronic dacryocystitis patients (58 eyes) who underwent endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with mucosal microflap anastomic technique and the effect of surgery was evaluated including symptom relief and endoscopic assessment .Result:Patients were followed-up from 2 to 12 months after the surgery, yielding a success rate of 98.2%(57/58 eyes).Conclusion:En-doscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with mucosal microflap anastomic technique is an effective approach for chro -nic dacyocystorhinostomy , and it is an easy and safe procedure to perfom which avoids of surgical scar on the face and bleeding during the operation .关键词
