疏肝调经汤治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效评价
The Effect of Shugan Tiaojing Decoction in the Treatment of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Primary Dysmenorrheal

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shugan Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of Qi stag-nation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal , and its intervention on serum prostaglandin and beta en-dorphin .Method:80 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal patients , admitted in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups , each group of 40 cases.Control group were given Tongjingbao granule .The observation group used Shugan Tiaojing decoction .Result:The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 01) .Dysmenorrhea integral , the observation group was higher than in the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).After treatment, serum beta endorphin, prostaglandin E2 level in the ob-servation group was higher than the control group , the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment , serum prostaglandin F 2αlevel, the observation group was less than in the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:Shugan Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal , good curative effect , can effectively regulate ser-um prostaglandin and beta endorphin .关键词
