通心络胶囊治疗72例糖尿病心肌病的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Tongxinluo Capsule in the Treatment of 72 Cases Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of diabetic car-diomyopathy .Method:72 cases of diabetic cardiomyopathy patients were randomly divided into two groups , control group (n=36) and observation group (n=36), the control group was given lower blood sugar , blood pressure , lipid and other conventional treatment , and the observation group was given Tongxinluo capsule . The parameter of blood sugar levels , blood rheology , cardiac structure and function in 2 groups was com-pared.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment, the level of FBG,PBG,HbA1c in the observation group was sig-nificantly better than the control group ( P<0.05); the degree of improvement hemorheology about ηb, ηp and Fg in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P<0.05);the cardiac struc-ture parameters about LAd,LVEDd,IVSd,LVPWd and the cardiac function parameters about EF ,FS,PE, PA,E/A in the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy can improve blood rheology and myocardial remodeling , and promote recovery and improve heart function .关键词
