集束化护理预防重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果观察
Prophylactic Effects of Bundle Nursing Intervention on Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in Patients of ICU

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of bundle nursing intervention in prevention from ventilator-associated pneumonia ( VAP ) in patients of ICU , and to decrease the incidence of VAP . Method:A total of 100 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group , with 50 patients in each group .All the patient were given with usual care , but the observation group given with bundle nursing intervention additionally , and the incidences of VAP and lengths of stay in ICU were compared between the two groups .Result:The incidence of VAP in the patients of the observation group was 19.12‰, was significantly lower than that of the control group ( 34.48‰) , and the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05).The lengths of stay in ICU in the patients of the observation group and control group were (14.57±6.49) days and (18.39±6.84) days, respectively, that in the patients of the ob-servation group was significantly shorter than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05).And the lengths of stay in ICU in the patients with and without VAP of the observation group were shorter than the control group , and the differences were statistically significant ( P>0.05) .Conclusion:Bundle nursing intervention can effective prevent from the occurrence of VAP in patients of ICU , shorten the length of stay in ICU , elevate the clinical efficacy , and promote the rehabilitation in the patients .关键词
