胫前锁定加压钢板治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的临床研究
Clinical Study on Pretibial Lock Compression Plate in Treating Distal Tibiofibular Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of pretibial decompression cut com-bined with lock compression plate in treating distal tibiofibular fracture in elderly patients.Method:Elderly patients with distal tibiofibular fracture admitted in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given pretibial decompression cut combined with internal fixation of lock compression plate, and the control group received internal fixation of lock compression plate.Postoperative follow-up was conducted and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:There's no statistically significant differences in operation time, intraopera-tive blood loss and postoperative drainage volume between the two groups ( P>0.05) , and the hospital stay time and fracture healing time of the treatment group were shorter than those of control group ( P<0.05) .The AOFAS score of treatment group was better than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) .The postoperative complications of the two groups were mainly wound infection, de-layed healing of fracture, skin edge necrosis, deformed healing of fracture and screw loose and breakage. There were 2 cases of infection in the treatment group (3.77%) and 8 in control group (15.38%), and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion: Pretibial decompression cut combined with internal fixation of lock compression plate has the advantages of good efficacy, fast fracture healing and less postoperative complications in treating elderly patients with distal tibiofibular fracture, which is of important clinical value.关键词
