肌间沟联合腋路阻滞及尺神经沟神经阻滞用于断指再植手术的研究
Clinical Rse earch of Interscalene Joint Axillary Brachial and Ulnar Nerve Groove Muscular Groove in Replantation Surgery of Severed Fingers of Hand

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of interscalene joint axillary brachial and ulnar nerve groove muscular groove in replantation surgery of severed fingers of hand.Method:1037 patients with severed fingers of hand lining replantation surgery were randomly divided into I, II, III groups, group I was treated with implementation block by interscalene brachial plexus, group II was treated with axillary bra-chial plexus and group III was treated with implementation block by interscalene joint axillary brachial plex-us.Feeling lock condition of the patients were evaluated.Observing and comparing of patients sensory and motor nerve block, the effect of anesthesia, analgesia duration, postoperative pain and adverse reactions in three groups.Result:Onset time of group III sensory and motor block was significantly lower than group I, group II,There's significant difference between groups ( P <0.05);Analgesia duration of group III was sig-nificantly greater than that in group I, group II, the difference was significantly between groups ( P <0.05);Anesthesia excellent rate of group III was 100%,group I and group II was respectively 89.9%, 94.5%,the effect of anesthesia of group III was significantly better than those in group I and group II, the difference was significantly between groups ( P <0.05); pain values of group III within 48 hours were significantly lower than the other two groups, the difference was significantly between groups ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:Replan-tation surgery of severed fingers of hand using implementation block by interscalene joint axillary brachial plexus, with significant effect of block and anesthetic, should be widely applied.关键词
