糖皮质激素与β2-受体激动剂小剂量吸入治疗哮喘临床疗效观察
The Effect of Small Doses of Glucocorticoid andβ2-agonists Inhaled on Treatment of Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of small doses of glucocorticoid and β2-agonists inhaled in treatment of asthma.Method:86 cases of asthma from May 2012 to Mar.2014 were randomly di-vided into 2 groups, with 43 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with glucocorticoid andβ2-agonists ( budesonide and salmeterol) ,while the control group was treated with glucocorticoid ( budesonide) , the clinical curative effect of two methods were retrospectively analyzed. Re sult:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment, the FEV1 of both group had growth trend, but the growth degree of observation group was obvious-ly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) .Also the PEF var-iation rate of observation group was statistically significant than that of control group ( P <0.05) .Compared two groups of asthma control test score table, the patients in observation group with 0 ~1 number was signif-icantly higher than the control group, It showed that the recovery of observation group was better than control group.Patients with pharyngeal infection, cough, incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group ( P <0.05) .Conclusion: Glucocorticoids and β2-agonists had important clinical value in the treat-ment of asthma that could obviously relieve asthma symptoms, promote patients recovery and reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions.关键词
