拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法对产妇分娩疼痛及妊娠结局的影响
The Effect of Pain and Pregnancy Outcomes of Lamaze Breathing During Clildbirth
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of less pain and pregnancy outcome of lamaze breathing during childbirth.Method:400 cases of women were randomly divided into observation group and control group from August 2012 to January 2014.The observation group were received prenatal learning lamaze child-birth.The control group were received routine antenatal sexual health education.The application of anxiety be-fore and after childbirth self-assessment form ( SAS) and self-Rating Depression sheet ( SDS) on the psy-chological status of patients were evaluated,and analyzed two groups of labor pain, labor progress, mode of delivery, APgar score, postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum lactation, bloody lochia duration.Result:Com-pared with before treatment,the observation group after care SAS, SDS scores were significantly decreased ( P<0.05) , while the control group before and after nursing SAS, SDS score did not change ( P>0.05) .La-bor pain observation group level, neonatal APgar rating scale, compared with the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05).Observation group rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemor-rhage was significantly lower than the control group, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the to-tal production process and bloody lochia duration was significantly less than the control group, postpartum lactation increased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significance ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Prenatal use lamaze breathing on maternal childbirth to reduce pain in nursing mothers can ef-fectively relieve anxiety, reduce maternal childbirth pain, shorten delivery time, reduce the rate of cesarean section.关键词
