阿莫罗芬搽剂联合口服伊曲康唑与特比萘芬治疗甲真菌病临床观察
Amorolfine Liniment Combined with Oral Itraconazole and Terbinafine in Treatment of Onychomycosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical effect of amorolfine liniment combined with oral itraconazole and terbinafine in treatment of onychomycosis.Method:46 cases of patients with onychomycosis from Jan. 2014 to Aug.2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,23 cases in each group.The control group were given amorolfine liniment, the experimental group were given itraconazole and terbinafine oral treatment on the basis of control group.Treatment effects of the two groups were observed and statistically an-alyzed.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.7%, which was significantly higher than the control group 78.3%( P<0.05);The experimental group mycological efficacy was significantly better than the control group( P<0.05) .Conclusion:The clinical use of combined oral antifungal treatment of onycho-mycosis can effectively kill or inhibit fungi, conducive to the consolidation effect, promote the recovery of pa-tients, should be promoted and used.关键词
