护理干预对择期剖宫产产妇术后疼痛及舒适度的影响
Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Pain and Degree of Comfort in Lying-in Women Undergoing Elective Caesarean Section

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the postoperative pain and degree of comfort in lying-in women undergoing elective caesarean section, and to promote rehabilitation of the lying-in women.Method:A total of 100 eligible lying-in women were selected and randomly divided in-to observation group and control group, with 50 women in each group.All the women were given with usual care, but the observation group given with nursing intervention additionally, and the degrees of pain and comfort, and analgesia demand in 48h after the surgery.Result: The difference in visual analog scale ( VAS) score in 6h after the surgery in the lying-in women of the two groups was statistically insignificant ( P>0.05) .But in 24h and 48h after the surgery, the observation group had lower VAS scores than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .The observation group had higher general comfort questionnaire ( GCQ) scores than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .In 48h after the surgery, 25 women of the observation group and 41 women of the control group required analgesia, and 14 women of the observation group and 27 women of the control group were given with drug-induced analgesia;and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Nurs-ing intervention can effectively decrease the degree of postoperative pain and elevate the degree of comfort in lying-in women undergoing elective caesarean section.关键词
