护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量及依从性的影响
Nursing Intervention on the Compliance and Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method:80 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group.The patients of both groups were given with usual care, but the patients of the observation group were given with nursing intervention addition-ally, and the compliances and qualities of life were compared.Result: The patients of the two groups had similar scores of generic quality of life inventory-74 ( GQOLI-74) when entering the group, and the differ-ence was statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);the patients of both groups had higher scores of GQOLI-74 at 6 months after entering the group than those before therapies, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) , but the increasing extent in the patients of the observation group was greater than that of the con-trol group ( P<0.05) .In the observation group, 32 patients were completely compliant, 7 patients were basi-cally compliant, and 1 patient was not compliant; while of the control group, 20 patients were completely compliant, 16 patients were basically compliant, and 4 patients were not compliant;and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and elevate the compliance in hemodialysis patients, and consequently is worthy of clinical application.关键词
