摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of lactulose oral solution combined with Xiaoerkang Keli in treating 70 cases of functional constipation in children.Method:70 cases of functional constipation infants were divided into two groups.The infants in control group were treated with lactulose oral solution for 3 weeks;The infants in treatment group were treated with lactulose oral solution combined with Xiaoerkang Ke-li for 3 weeks, 70 cases were obtained follow-up survey with 4 weeks after drug withdrawal.Result: Com-pared with control group, a significant increase in overall response rate and a marker decrease in recurernce rate were observed in treatment group( P<0.05) .Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of lactulose oral solution combined with Xiaoerkang Keli is better than that of lactulose oral solution in treatment of unctional constipa-tion.关键词
