闭合性肾损伤的螺旋 CT 诊断及其应用价值研究
The Diagnosis Value of Spiral CT Closed Renal Trauma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze different types of closed renal injury of spiral CT scanning results , to explore the application value of spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of renal injury .Method:Spiral CT scanning was performed in 280 cases of closed renal injury , the CT manifestations were analyzed , and com-pared with the B ultrasound results , the rates of diagnosis of kidney were compared .Result:Spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with renal injury in 98 cases of grade I , 59 cases of grade II , 57 cases in grade Ⅲ, 35 patients with grade IV, 31 cases in grade V.Diagnosis rates of spiral CT in class Ⅰ, gradeⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴlevel in renal closed injury rate were 89.09%, 90.77%, 87.69%, 92.11%, 100%, which was significantly higher than that of B ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 80.91%, 80%, 78.46%, 86.84%, 93.55%, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Spiral CT can accurately, quickly diag-nose closed renal injury range , degree and has no associated with renal injury , and evaluate the damage lev-el, provide a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment .关键词
