护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛及胃肠功能的影响
Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Pain and Gastrointestinal Function after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy .Method:A total of 87 eligible patients were se-lected and divided into observation group ( 44 patients ) and control group ( 43 patients ) according to the odevity of the admission numbers .The observation group was given with nursing intervention , while the con-trol group was given with usual care , and the conditions of postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function were compared.Result: The patients of the two groups had similar visual analog scale ( VAS) scores at 6 hours after the surgery, and the difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05).But in 24h, 48h, and 72h after the surgery, the patients of the observation group had lower VAS scores than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .The patients of the observation group had earlier postoperative time to bowel sound recovery , time to initial passage of gas by anus , and time to initial defecation by anus than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal discomforts in the patients of the observation group was 20.45%, which was low-er than that of the control group (44.19%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Con-clusion:Nursing intervention can effectively ease the postoperative pain and quicken the gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic cholecystectomy , and consequently it is worthy of clinical application .关键词
