益气复脉注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性心功能不全并发不稳定心绞痛患者临床疗效观察
The Efficacy of Yiqi Fumai Injection Combined with Alprostadil on Patients with CHF Complicated with Unstable Angina

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with alprostadil injec-tion on patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF) complicated with unstable angina.Method:100 cases pa-tients with CHF complicated with unstable angina were collected .All the patients were divided into experi-mental group and control group.The experimental group patients were treated with Yiqi Fumai injection com-bined with alprostadil injection,the control group patients were treated with alprostadil injection.Then the effi-cacy,heart function and hemodynamic indicators of the patients in two groups’ were observed.Result: The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.The heart function and he-modynamic indicators of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved,however,the experimental group’ s patients was improved significantly more.Conclusion: The efficacy of Yiqi Fumai injection com-bined with alprostadil injection on patients with CHF complicated with unstable angina is significant.关键词
