Significance of Early Detection of hs-CRP Troponin and Myocardial Enzyme in Children with Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of early detection of high -sensitivity C –reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) , troponin and myocardial enzyme in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Method:92 children with hand-foot-mouth disease treated in our hospital were included in the study.They were divided into high-risk group and general group according to the illness severity.In the same period, 92 cases of healthy children was as the control group.Hs-CRP , cTnI and myocardial enzymes were compared between the observation group and control group children.Result:The level of hs-CRP of the observation group was (12.45±3.98)mg/mL, the level of cTnI was (0.86+0.08) ug/mL, which was significantly high-er than control group ( P <0.05) .At the same time, the level of myocardial enzyme was also significantly higher than the general group ,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) .At the same time, the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum, hs-CRP and cTnI in observation group were higher than those in nor-mal group, all the indicators were significantly reduced after treatment, while the common group of myocardi-al enzyme spectrum, hs-CRP and cTnI levels were lower than the severe group ( P <0.05) , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Joint detection of hs-CRP, cTnI and myocardial en-zymes in children with hand-foot -mouth disease has certain clinical value in monitoring myocardial dam-age.It not only can be used as the diagnosis of children with hand-foot-mouth disease myocardial damage, but also be as an important index of judging the illness severity and prognosis.关键词
