乳腺癌患者影响心身症状与生活质量的相关分析
Analysis of the Physical Mental Symptoms and the Life Quality of Breast Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyse the related factors of the physical and mental symp-toms affected the quality of life in the breast cancer patients.Method:PHQ~9 and QLQ-C30 were used in the 85 breast cancer patients.And the valid data was analyzed.Result: It was a positive correlation in the patients between severity of somatic symptoms and anxiety.41.3%of patients were depression and 51%pa-tients were anxiety.The anxiety scores of the patients who were survival over 5 years were lower than that sur-vival less than 5 years ( P <0.01) .There were no statistical differences in the other factors.Conclusion:There's relationship between the depression and psychological symptoms and anxiety and somatic symptoms. The anxiety level of the patients who were survival over 5 years are lower than that survival less than 5 years. But there are no statistical differences of the patients in body symptoms, depression, quality of life and life time.关键词
