结肠镜在结直肠癌并急性肠梗阻诊治中的应用价值分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment effect of colonoscopy in acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer.Method:60 cases of colorectal cancer complicated with acute intes-tinal obstruction as the research object, colonoscopy was used in the diagnosis of obstruction etiology.and gave temporary relief treatment, the effect of diagnosis and treatment was observed.Result: The diagnostic accuracy of colonoscopy for colorectal cancer was 100%, there were 36 cases of carcinoma of the left colon, 16 cases of the right colon cancer, 8 cases of rectal cancer.The colonoscopic treatment of colorectal cancer with acute intestinal obstruction effect was remarkable, there were 49 cases excellent and 7 cases effective, The total efficiency was 93.3%.Conclusion: The application of colonoscopy can diagnose the causes and properties of acute intestinal obstruction patients, And preliminary remission treatment, greatly improve the effect of treatment of such patients, worth of clinical application.关键词
