综合护理干预对脑外伤患者并发症及生活质量的影响
Effects of Comprehensive Care on the Quality of Life and Complications in Patients with Brain Trauma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive care on the quality of life, complica-tions and degree of satisfaction in patients with brain trauma.Method:A total of 63 eligible patients were se-lected and randomly divided into observation group (31 patients) and control group (32 patients).All the patients were given with usual care, but the patients in the observation group given with comprehensive care additionally, and the effects including quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:When discharge, the patients of the observation group had higher scores of each dimension of WHOQOL100, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .The incidence of complications of the patients of the ob-servation group was 29.03%, which was lower than that of the control group (46.88%), and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Of the observation group, 20 patients had excellent degree of satisfac-tion , 8 cases had good degree of satisfaction, 2 had moderate degree of satisfaction, and 1 had poor degree of satisfaction;while of the control group, 10 patients had excellent degree of satisfaction, 11 cases had good degree of satisfaction, 6 cases had moderate degree of satisfaction, and 5 cases had poor degree of satisfac-tion;and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion: Comprehensive care can effec-tively prevent from complications of the duration of hospital stay, improve the quality of life, and elevate the degree of satisfaction in patients with brain trauma, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
